Toyota introduced the 2023 model Nightshade Special Edition of the luxury sedan model Camry. Specially designed for the 40th anniversary of Camry, the sedan will have 3 very special colour options.
Japan-based auto giant Toyota has another sedan besides the Corolla, which it actively sells, although we don’t see it much on the roads. This sedan is the Camry, which we met for the first time in 1982 and is celebrating its 40th anniversary as of now. The company has now officially introduced the Nightshade Special Edition, which has been renewed specifically for the 40th anniversary of the luxury sedan. Launched as a 2023 model, the Toyota Camry Nightshade Special Edition (NSE) seems to impress with its design and engine features.
The 2023 model Toyota Camry Nightshade Special Edition is very similar in design to the Camry TRD. However, the black-framed headlights and rear lights used in this version, 19-inch matte-coloured wheels, and suspensions specially optimized for sports driving mode, are enough to reveal the difference in the vehicle. Along with all this, the special series appeared in three special colour tones: midnight black, white and blue.
Introducing the Toyota Camry Nightshade Special Edition
The renewed Toyota Camry Nightshade Special Edition is similar to the Camry TRD in its interior design as well as its exterior design. There are details such as a sedan car that offers a wide living space, a semi-ghost screen instrument panel, a multimedia screen similar to the Corolla, a wireless charging stand and digital air conditioning.
When we look at the engine options in the Toyota Camry Nightshade Special Edition, we encounter 3 different variants. The first of these is the 203 hp 2.5-litre engine offered as standard on all Camrys. Consumers who do not prefer this can choose the 310 horsepower 3.5-litre V6 engine. Also, let’s not forget the 208 horsepower 2.5-liter hybrid engine.
Meanwhile; Consumers who want to buy a Toyota Camry will also be able to choose versions with LE, XLE, SE, SE Nightshade, and XSE jewellery, as in previous years. However, Toyota’s 2023 plans for these variants were not clear.
