BMW plans to launch a new CSL in the coming months, following the M3 E46 CSL that first appeared in the 1970s and was last seen in the early 2000s. It is reported that the vehicle, which will be named M4 G82 CSL, will be introduced on May 20, 2022. According to Motor1.com, the vehicle will come with carbon fibre callipers and two doors. It is also stated that the absence of rear seats will make the vehicle 100 kilograms lighter.
It is stated that the M4 CSL, which is seen to offer a good performance from the images, will only come with an automatic transmission and will be rear-wheel drive. The vehicle, whose exterior design we cannot see completely due to camouflage, is expected to have an S58 engine; We can add that this shows that the vehicle can reach 555 horsepower and surpass the M4 Competition.
